How the ABC Study Contacts You

It’s important to know the different ways we may contact you, and what to do if you receive a message that you’re unsure about.

To help you recognise genuine communication from the ABC Study at Cancer Council Victoria, below we’ve listed all the email addresses and phone numbers we use. If you’re ever unsure whether a message is from the ABC Study, you can compare the sender’s details against this list to help confirm it is legitimate and protect yourself from spam. Why does the new address look different?

We are introducing info@email.abcstudy.com.au as part of our new and improved contact management system. It looks slightly different to our usual email address so it may look like spam at first, but it is legitimate and managed by the ABC Study team.

If you're unsure, you can always contact us directly on 1800 688 419 to confirm.

To help ensure our emails don’t go to your spam or junk folder, we recommend adding the addresses listed above to your safe sender list or contacts.
